Here’s how a typical project flows at Eden:
– First –
SITE CONSULTATION
First, we meet with you on-site to determine the project scope and identify your vision and goals.
We'll also talk budget and timeline. Our consultations are free of charge.

Our work is 100% custom and ranges in cost depending on the size and scope of each project - starting at $175,000 to the mid-$500s
It’s hard to put a price on paradise.
CONTRACT INKING
After our meeting, you'll receive a Design Contract outlining your project, with a flat fee for design.
Once we receive your deposit, it's go time! Our design fees range from $12,500 on up. Design turn-around times are about 10-12 weeks for First Round.
CLIENT DEEP DIVE
Now the real fun begins. We get to know more about you and your needs, your relationship with nature, your likes and dislikes.
We learn about your property, its soil and site conditions, present vegetation, what makes the place special.
DESIGN TIME
Off we go to design your special place on Earth. We take all of our findings and get to work on creating your unique place in nature.
It’s a team collaboration and we love every minute. Our designs take 8-10 weeks on average.

DESIGN DELIVERY
We present our plans to you through 3D modeling, inspiration image boards, sketches, and material samples.
3D modeling lets you take a virtual tour of your future space, giving you a true sense of what it will become.
REVISIONS & APPROVAL
We take on board any feedback and submit plans to you for final approval. Once we get the green light, we provide a final estimate. Estimates take approximately 2-3 weeks once we get your approval on the Final Design.
Once you approve an estimate, you pay 50% upfront and we get moving on construction and installation.

DREAM EXECUTION
Time to bring your vision to life. We take a lot of pride in our construction process, handling everything turn-key and efficiently.
We’re great communicators and will keep you updated along the way. You’ll be impressed by how fun and easy the process is, as your world is completely transformed just outside your door. Sometimes we do Design-Only and refer you to a company that can take on the installation.
